Reticle and Brightness
The TruGlo Tru-Tec Dot’s 20mm objective lens and 2 MOA reticle pattern are features designed to help you enjoy precision aiming and faster target acquisition. The scope’s sight has been set to a minimum parallax of 50 yards. And when focusing on distances that are significantly greater or lesser that the default distance, some parallax will be observed. And in order to reduce the Point Of Impact shift caused by parallax, the user is required to keep the reticle in the middle 2/3 view when aiming.
Elevation and Elevation Adjustment
The TruGlo Tru-Tec Red Dot can allow the user to zero and stay true in 5 to 7 rounds. Elevation and windage adjustments are crisp with this scope with each individual click felt by the user. Ideally, with a single elevation or windage click, the Point of Impact (POI) is moved approximately 1/2 MOA (1/4’’ at a distance of 50 yards). You can basically fire several hundred rounds at 100 yards without necessarily having to make adjustments.
